Pina Colavacado Smoothie


I just recently discovered the amazing addition that avocados make to smoothies.  They add a subtle flavor and lots of creaminess!  Today we made what we have named Pina Colavacado Smoothies.  I am not very good about specific measurements, I usually just throw stuff in.  Here are my best estimates.

1 can coconut milk
1 can crushed pineapple (plus the juice)
1 to 2 bananas (depending on your tastes)
1/2 to 1 avocado (depending on your tastes)
1 1/2 cups ice cubes**

Blend and enjoy!

**If you used frozen pineapples you could probably omit the ice
